CREME-MC Calorimetry Histogram

I want to use the count of energy deposited to calculate the cross section of the SEU upset, but I am confused by the counts. I think it should be the integer, but it is not. So why the count can be 0.00X format?

This is due to variance reduction. The histogram does not contain integer counts but does not need to be treated any different than you would normally. The details are described in Section IV.E of "Monte Carlo Simulation of Single Event Effects," IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science, 2010.
